You will receive a written scope of your project, including what permits will be required, a basic timeline, and whatever open questions remain for you to decide on before we can begin.

You should have your systems serviced right before each cooling and heating season starts. 

Installation of a high wall split system on a single storey property  constructed of brick veneer, weatherboard or hardy plank walls.

• Outdoor unit positioned on concrete slab , PVC mounting blocks, or rubber feet.
• Up to 3 meters of refrigeration piping between indoor unit and the outdoor condenser unit.
• Includes PVC Ducting or trunking to conceal pipe work and electrical.
• Weatherproof Safety Isolation switch placed next to outdoor unit.
• Please note this does not include meter board upgrade (this can be quoted separately).

All systems  have a minimum of 5 yr manufacturers warranty. For more details refer to each Manufacturers  warranty guidelines.

Important Information to Maintain Your Warranty !

Keep a copy of your invoice
Ensure your air conditioning installer is qualified and holds a current refrigeration handling license.
Ensure operation is as per manufacturer’s instructions.
Ensure the air inlet and outlet of the outdoor unit is kept clear of obstructions.
Replace exhausted batteries in remote control.

Service the system regularly.
If your system fails, contact us without delay.
